Orders are processed within our standard handling window (1-2 business days) and shipped via USPS. Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships.

Returns policy

Given the research-chemical nature of these products, returns are limited to items that arrive incorrect. Damaged or Lost Packages: In rare cases of damage or loss, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery with photos and details. We may offer a replacement at our discretion, subject to investigation with USPS.
