Testing sequence
Receiving
Incoming inventory is logged by lot number and production date on arrival.
Quarantine
New lots are held out of sale until testing is complete.
Sample submission
Multiple samples from each lot are sent to an independent lab (labs are rotated to ensure independence).
Purity and identity testing
Labs test for purity, identity, heavy metals and endotoxin/microbial contamination.
Bench testing
We’re researchers too. Cleared samples hit our bench for research.
COA publication
The Certificate of Analysis, including lab name, test date, purity result, and method, is published to our verification tool and a link is provided to the lab’s own database.
Listing
Only lots with a published, passing COA are made available for purchase.
Ongoing spot checks
We periodically re-test held inventory to confirm stability over time.
We don't list a lot until it has cleared independent testing. Here's exactly what happens between a lot arriving and it becoming available to order.
