1. Eligibility

2. Research-use-only products
Every product listed on this site is labeled and sold strictly for research use only ("RUO"). Nothing on this site is intended as, and nothing on this site should be construed as, medical advice, a recommendation for use, or an offer to sell a drug, supplement, or consumer product. Stratosbiolabs makes no claims regarding the safety or efficacy of any product for any use in humans or animals.
3. Ordering and payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe an order is intended for human or animal use.
4. Shipping
Shipping timeframes, carriers, and destination restrictions are described on our Shipping & Returns page. We do not ship to destinations where sale of these products is restricted.

6. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use any product purchased from this site for human or veterinary diagnostic, therapeutic, or consumption purposes, and not to represent, resell, or relabel any product as intended for such uses.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is" for research purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratosbiolabs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product, including any use inconsistent with its labeled research-use-only status.
8. Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to this site or your purchase of any product, are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
